Job title and overview

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at FastLane Labs, you will play a critical role in designing and developing our DeFi protocol. This is a hands-on position that will see you working closely with our team to contribute to the protocol's tokenomics, design and develop its smart contracts, and ensure it is secure and operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop the protocol's smart contracts
  • Contribute to the design of our tokenomics
  • Test and debug the protocol to ensure its security and stability
  • Help provide amazing support to our community of searchers and validators
  • Collaborate with the rest of the development team to rapidly deliver new features and improvements

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Senior Blockchain Engineer at FastLane Labs, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in blockchain development for greenfield, complex and deployed applications, with a focus on smart contract development and deployment
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi concepts
  • Experience with Solidity and the Ethereum ecosystem
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a small team in dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of security best practices for smart contract development
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field beneficial but is not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
